AVG SA - Terms and Conditions
Delivery Policy
- In certain
circumstances, your order of AVG software
may require us to ship Compact Discs,
Installation CD's' or other products to you.
- The cost of
shipping is for the client's account.
Postage and commercially reasonable shipping
fees may be charged as negotiated with AVG.
- AVG
endeavours to maintain sufficient stock of
all our physical products to deliver our
products within the time frames outlined
below. In circumstances where no stock is
currently available, AVG undertakes to take
all steps to arrange delivery to you as soon
as possible and to keep you informed of the
progress of your delivery.
- In most
cases, orders received before 3pm Monday to
Friday will be shipped by close of business
on that working day. AVG strives to ensure
all our clients receive physical goods
within 3 working days within South Africa
and within 5 working days for deliveries
outside of South Africa.
